Aquarius in Sanskrit is Kumbha which is a practicing yoga of keeping breath. It is the eleventh sign of the zodiac and it extends from 300 degree to 330 degree from the beginning of Aries in the zodiac.
It is a fixed and masculine sign. Saturn rules this rashi. It means they will be hard to make changes and this rashi also makes them realistic. No planet is exalted or debilitated in Aquarius. The Kumbha natives are usually intelligent, more hard-working, and they will work till they reach their goal. The natives have good understanding about their environments and are helpful to others and gregarious.
Jupiter in Kumbha is formed Kumbha yoga. It is happened once every 12 years. Indian will take this celebration (holy bathing in Ganges).

The Pancha Tattvas
Before explaining what the pancha tattvas are, there is a story to help you to remember the relationship between the pancha tattvas and planets.
The first step for a new thing produced is a demand. An idea comes up because of a demand.
We need a theory (survey, etc,) to support that idea. This is ether.
A theory is passed, then we start to design, develop, test, etc. These actions are air.
After a new thing produced, we need to let people know this new thing. This is fire.
When people accept this new thing, the new thing will be mass produced and salesmen will popularize or push the new thing to the market. This is water.
When this new thing is one of our necessities. This is earth.
Pancha is meant five and Tattva is meant element.
The five elements are Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth.
Ether - Jupiter
Air - Saturn
Fire - Mars, Sun
Water - Venus, Moon
Earth - Mercury
