Being willing to change is one thing that all of us need to do in order to shift into higher frequency. As long as we are willing to change, we have the capacity and the ability to shift into a higher frequency.
You may ask yourself “How do I change?”
The answer is "What am I resisting changing that I am being prompted to change right now?"
Be open, be unattached, and let the ego dissolve into stillness.
As long as we are willing to change, the door to higher frequency will always remain open.
Lots of upper managers who know nothing are leading to us. Don't you feel that's pretty dangerous ?
Those managers want to keep their jobs, they try to cover their ass, or even lay off the employees. They only care how much they can save for the company, hire persons as many as under budget, fire/lay off the employees who are on their sides/race. They don't care the effectiveness.
How are you so sure "this is not gonna happen" when you think/say "this is not gonna happen"? We make the decision based on our knowledge and experience, not universal knowledge.
We, human, are too proud to neglect anything. We don't show a modest. The conflict is going to be happened when everyone think he is very important or he does not show a modest to others.

We aren't going to talk about astronomy here, we are going to discuss the change.
The one of definitions is "a fundamental change in the way of thinking about or visualizing something".
There are many persons who are on leading positions don't know what the a central or primary rules or principles on the companies they serve. They are like outside managers and they don't want to spend the time to understand the primary rules. They want their departments, companies, software, etc. to change immediately and that's impossible. We are on revolution stage, we have to learn what the fundamental is, and we can change it from what we learn. We are going to become victims of our own bad/evil deeds if we keep thinking we are too best to change.
We start learning and thinking right now and we hope we can save our earth future years.
