Saturn (Shani) Fast 2016

The days to do fast are every Saturday, sunrise Saturday to sunrise Sunday, from August 6th to November 19th, 2016.

You may do Saturn fast if you are in the difficult time, or in Sade Sati.
Moon in Taurus, Leo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn may consider Shani Fast. If you are in Shani dasha or have Shani in poor place of the chart, Shani fast may help you.

There are two fast ways. One is half fast that we should not eat anything and drink water, juice, and fruit if needed during daylight. Eat a simple vegetarian meal without meat, fish, eggs, chicken, grains, and salt after Sunset. Avoid alcohol. Another is full fast. Only water, fruit, and juice can be taken. Avoid alcohol.

The Hindu Solar New Year is Dhunmuki.

Rahu with Jupiter in Leo is from January 29th, 2016 to August 11th, 2016. Jupiter with Rahu conjoin on June 24th, 2014 by mean mode and on June 20th, 2016 by true mode.(*1)
Mars has long stay with Saturn in Scorpio from February 20, 2016 to June 17th and from July 12th to September 17th, 2016.

The nation feels insecurity till year 2017. The nation has economic problems, health problems, and continued aggressive actions. The systems of the nation (financial system, politics, ideology, etc.) will be reforming and the transformations will be good for the nation because those will protect the nation back on the right track.

India - The issues of the territory or border the nation should watch. The nation is still in improvement on education, trading, road fixing or building, etc. The clash of opposing sound/force, transport problems, the issues of communication the nation also should watch.

Japan - The multiple reformations of the nation are implementing. The relationships of other countries, the politics, the business contracts, real estate, the issues of the territory (islands) of the nation, and the other countries are included.  

North Korea - The nation will have internal controlling issues. The nation may meet some kind of pressure.

South Korea - There are issues on exportation, money market, gains in trade, etc.

Taiwan - The banking system, gains in the trade, people's health and exportation may meet the challenge. People should check the truth doubly if news is from media broadcasting . 

United State - The nation is into the long period of metamorphosis since 2015.  The government/the politics, the way of the communication, the financial condition of the nation, the banking system, the labor issues, the business contracts of the other countries, the new technology, the new medicine/drug developing, the mind/behaviors (racial discrimination) of people of the nation and the relationships among other countries will be changed or  innovation during the period.
The nation meets the intense/violence transformation this year. The trade and economic activity will be affected. The relationships with other countries will be changed.The tendency of the stock will be depended on foreign debt and the other countries.
