Releasing the inner pains
Releasing the inner pain is one of the steps of letting the ego go away.
From childhood to now, we may face many times to get our inner hearts/feeling hurt. "You are not beautiful." "You are so heavy to make the car sink." "You are not better than your elder/younger brother/sister." "Why do you not accept me?" ...
At the end of the day, we may usually response "Not too bad" or "I am survived" when someone asks "How was your day".
It looks like that a good day means you made it without getting hurt.
We usually protect our sensitive parts, hide them, close the heart down, and live behind our protective shields though our physical bodies are not attacked. The slightest little thing causes you to overreact.
Our psyche are built on avoiding the pain and it will be create our fear. Our behavior patterns are base on the avoidance of pain and the heart is that you feel the pain from.
We may think "The dog does not like me any more." if we have a bad day, call the dog to come, and the dog does not come. Why do we feel the pain on whether the dog comes or not? We feel the pain because we have a bad day. Why do we feel a bad day? Because co-worker did the actions of misbehavior to me. Because my girlfriend/boyfriend did not answer my call. Because ...
We need to understand what points block our spiritual growth. What parts we protect and not want to free.
We will never grow if we try to protect ourselves perfectly.
We have to expose them It is no matter how much pain creating we will catch, we are willing to pay the price to free ourselves.
