The days to do fast are every Saturday, sunrise Saturday to sunrise Sunday, from July 30th to Nov. 12th, 2011.
There are two fast ways. One is half fast that we should not eat anything and drink water, juice, and fruit if needed during daylight. Eat a simple vegetarian meal without meat, fish, eggs, chicken, grains, and salt after Sunset. Avoid alcohol. Another is full fast. Only water, fruit, and juice can be taken. Avoid alcohol.
If you are unable to do fast, you just eat pure vegetarian and avoid alcohol.

Self Satisfaction
Why we do not stop and look around ourselves when we put our focus/energy on our work/our life all days all weeks and all years.
Some people won't stop because they are afraid others will pass them.
The reason to stop is to give us the time to realize ourselves. We do not compare with others when we examine ourselves. Our mind/spirit will be grown when we have the time to think what we did before and what we are going to pursuit in the future.
The following stories are telling us what the happiness is.
There is an angel who likes to help people.
Angel meets a farmer with worry. Angel asks a farmer why you are so worried. A farmer says my crop will be die of shortage of water. Angel gives the farm rain. A farmer is happy.
Angel meets a poet who has handsome face, good shape of body, talent to write great poems and a beautiful wife. A poet is unhappy. Angel asks a poet what you want. A poet say I want the happiness. This is a difficult request. Angel thinks a while and then take all things a poet has away. A poet does not have talent to write beautiful poems, does not have money, and does not have a beautiful wife. After half year, a poet sleeps on the bench in the park and is shaking because a poet does not have money to buy clothes and food. Angel gives back all things he had before. A poet is so happy, embraces his wife and thanks to angel he finds the happiness.
What do we think when someone says "bedroom"? The bed shall be in the bedroom at least. No. The bed is not a necessity in the bedroom. Some people sleep in cars, some people sleep on bench in park, some people sleep on ground.
What will fulfill our spirit/soul? That will be self satisfaction.

Kalapurusha
Kalapurusha is combined by two words "Kala" and " Purusha".
Kala in Sanskrit means time. Every thing except Virat purusha is consumed by time. Virat means it is too big that the mind of human cannot think/image its size. Purusha means male entity. Kalapurusha means one male entity is beyond the time (time eternal). Kalapurusha is also meant cosmic man.
He lies coiled as the 360 degree Belt of the heavens, the zodiac. The zodiac is represented the body of Kalapurusha.

The total lunar eclipse is happened on June 15th, 2011. It starts from 17:24:34 UT to 23:00:45 UT and it touches Africa, Asia, Europe, South America. (**)

Rahu Ketu in Vrischika Vrishabha

There are two calculations (True and Mean) for Rahu and Ketu. True node is reflecting the real position in the sky and mean nodes always moves backward.
True nodes have moved in Vrischika (Scorpio) and Vrishabha (Taurus) on May 3rd, 2011 and stay till Jan. 14h, 2013. Mean nodes is passing gandanta point in morning June 6th, 2011 and will be in Vrischika and Vrishabha from June 6th to morning of December 23th, 2012.
We will feel some instabilities, we will reject the change and we shall need to accept the change.
The world will be in the innovation, crisis on cult, and will have new leaderships when Rahu/Ketu is Vrischika /Vrishabha.
Earthquake, flood, fire by natural and by human (explosion, etc.), spread of infectious diseases, violence and food crisis will be watched. International peace will be watched. Secret matters will be revealed.
The stock of China may be experienced ups and downs.
The new leadership of India may be expected.
